The hotel is conveniently located close to the ADO bus station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport or other destinations. Additionally, it is situated near restaurants, allowing guests to find a cafe or grab a quick bite to eat within a short walk.
The hotel's soundproofing could be improved, as the all-tiled floors contribute to echo and noise transmission.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and close to a bus station, making it easy to access other areas. A helpful front desk staff suggested a nearby laundry service. The hotel was also located near a market which was enjoyable to visit.
The hotel had poor service and was misleading with the payment process. Upon arriving after receiving a confirmation, the hotel informed me that I needed to prepay, despite having received no notification of such a requirement.

I recently stayed at Marazul Hotel Boutique for a week-long vacation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great tips for sightseeing. The hotel is located in a quiet street, just a few minutes away from the bus stop that takes you to the hotel and beach area. The rooms were spacious and the beds were huge and comfortable. The hotel was immaculately clean, with fresh towels provided daily. I loved the fact that they had an enlarging mirror in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with two big supermarkets within a 10-minute walk and the collectivo and ADO bus stations just a 10-15 minute walk away.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was very helpful and provided great service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel was located in a quiet area, with restaurants within walking distance.
The noise from other guests and the echoing inside the hotel could be quite disturbing. The lack of heavy curtains or blinds in the room resulted in flashing signs outside affecting sleep quality.
